Mobility Hub terms and conditions

Registrations

• Places are limited and allocated on a first-come first-served basis, and are restricted to three places per company.
• ECA reserves the right to decline any registrations received from competitors and other potential delegates that do not match the targeted audience.
• We reserve the right to accept registration applications based on our determination of applicant suitability.
• If you are submitting details on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to submit the details and consents provided in this form on their behalf.

 
Payment/Invoicing

• Conference fees, where applicable, are payable by invoice.
• We will contact you to arrange payment where a fee is chargeable.
   

Cancellations

• Please email us if you are unable to make the event.
• Substitute delegates may be registered at any time. Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible.
• Cancellations received for paid places after 23 February will result in GBP 100 cancellation fee. No-shows on the day for paid places will not be refunded.
• A cancellation fee may also be incurred for free places after 23 February, where a substitute delegate cannot be arranged.

Privacy

• ECA will make available a list of delegate names and company names for conference attendees prior to or during the event.
• By registering for the Mobility Hub you agree to receive emails from the ECA International Group regarding the event including any post-event communications.
• Photography and video will be recorded throughout the event, and by attending you are agreeing that full rights and usage of these images are granted to the ECA International Group.
• We will be using an external registration company to issue delegate badges and to host our event app. Your name, company, job title and email address will be shared with them for use at this event only.
