Andy is responsible for facilitating international mobility solutions for Heineken’s top talent and leaders across the Americas regions and The Netherlands. Andy has over 25 years of people experience in various industries, the past 11 years of which has been spent in mobility-focused roles across both Europe and the UK.

Andrew joined ECA as Managing Director in 2013. He has overseen the company’s evolution into a GM data and software solutions provider, and its expansion into business traveller & remote worker compliance and international payroll services through its investments in TST and Global Expat Pay. Before ECA, Andrew held senior commercial roles in several international licensing businesses, including spending five years as an assignee in Japan.

Claudine draws on nearly 30 years' experience in the field of global mobility, having advised both commercial and governmental organisations in the design and review of mobility allowances and assignment policy.

Cyril is responsible for ECA's largest clients in the Netherlands and Germany. With a decade of Global Mobility experience, he advises major multinational companies on current international HR practice and assists his clients with the management of international assignments, project management and implementation of ECA’s software solutions.

Delphine is the Director of Cindex, a non-profit association which provides a network for major European Companies to share best practices on international mobility strategies and policies. Delphine is a qualified engineer who has held managerial roles in the Automotive and Energy sectors across multiple HR disciplines, including Purchasing, Management Control and Global Mobility.

Ema’s focus is delivering exceptional outcomes for ECA’s clients. She leads ECA’s client support teams to nurture and grow the existing relationships, and liaises with ECA's Sales, Marketing, Production and Engineering teams to promote customer-centric initiatives. An Italian national, Ema has worked in Global Mobility for over fifteen years and gained valuable experience across several areas of ECA's business, from account management to software solutions.

Georgia is part of ECA’s Client Services team, working with some of ECA’s key clients in Northern Europe. With over a decade of experience in the global mobility industry, Georgia advises major multinational companies on current mobility practices and supports the use and development of software solutions. She previously worked in ECA’s Accommodation Services team.

Grace has over 8 years of Global Mobility consulting experience and is skilled in both leading day-to-day operations as well as strategic projects with focus on service delivery excellence and employee experience. Grace has extensive policy development and policy implementation experience and has supported various large multinational organisations in managing their mobility programmes.

As Head of Consultancy at ECA, Helen employs her knowledge gained from more than 20 years in global mobility roles in the investment banking sector to advise our clients regarding policy design, implementation and programme management. Helen also has personal experience of global mobility through assignments in Bangalore and New York.

Jacqueline manages ECA’s Client Services team, responsible for advising major multinational companies on current practices in international HR. With over 35 years’ of experience working with ECA, she has assisted hundreds of clients with the management of their international assignments.

James has over a decade of experience within Global Mobility consultancy, working closely with Financial Services organisations in managing their internationally mobile populations, before joining ECA. His skills revolve around strategising for international moves, review of client policy and advising on the factors surrounding the complexities of Global Mobility.

Jeanette has led TST's research department since joining in 2017 and has worked in a Big 4 firm for 9 years, advising companies in relation to their mobile employee’s immigration, tax and social security compliance obligations. Jeanette worked for three of the top global immigration law firms in London managing global accounts enabling her to expand her immigration expertise and knowledge. She has a total of 25 years technical experience and knowledge spanning across multiple jurisdictions. Jeanette is a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser.

Jochen has worked in various positions of Global Mobility since 2009, from Controlling in the HQ in Germany to the consultation in Daimler Truck's Hub in Japan. Now as Head of Global Mobility, he is part of the People Development leadership team and works together with his team, external providers, and local HR colleagues to assign employees globally. They are responsible for governance, compliance, processes, all Global Mobility policies, provider management, transfer-pricing, tax topics, escalations and any special topics in connection with Expats.

John is Head of Global Mobility at Pinsent Masons having spent the majority of his mobility career in professional partnerships, predominantly global law firms. John has a wealth of experience managing operational and strategic challenges in a typically risk-sensitive industry sector.

Lee is the Global Head of Business Development for ECA International, responsible for ensuring that we provide the desired solutions to meet the ever-changing global mobility needs of international businesses. Prior to taking on his current role Lee was Regional Director of ECA’s operations in Asia where he was responsible for expanding ECA’s footprint in the region.

Liam devised the TST Global Tracker Platform and has over 25 years’ experience in Relocation, Travel Technology and Internet products. With responsibility for sales across the ECA International Group he leads the development of the client base and his technical and process focus ensure the group products are market leading. His focus is on the ever-changing mobility landscape and his education in Psychology and a Masters in Business Administration helps him understand client company culture and how the ECA & TST products can deliver efficiencies and automations in the daily work of Mobility teams and their internal stakeholder partners.

Matt O'Neill is a respected international keynote speaker and accomplished author. With a background in leading a diverse range of marketing and communications ventures, he went on to build a forecasting business presenting to a diverse array of organisations across four continents. Today, Matt is dedicated to helping business leaders effectively navigate uncertainty, leveraging his expertise in the Future of Work, Leadership, and Technology.

Mike’s purpose in founding Global Expat Pay is to deliver an innovative and cost-effective way to simplify Global Mobility data and payments. This in turn digitises the whole Global Mobility operating model and eliminates the major causes of inefficiency and cost. Mike has accumulated over 35 years’ experience in the Global Mobility area, as well as being an assignee himself under a variety of policies and locations. He has worked with many of the largest Global Mobility programmes across sectors.

Mustafa is responsible for supporting customers with improving their Global Mobility model. Mustafa’s focus is on helping identify opportunities, producing a plan, and bringing it to life in a short timeframe. He is an advocate for digitally enabled solutions that optimize mobility operations. Prior to joining Global Expat Pay, Mustafa has managed in-house Global Mobility functions in large software and engineering multinationals.

Oliver is responsible for ECA’s suite of benchmarking surveys, covering compensation, benefits and policy for all types of international assignment.

 

Stephen has 30 years’ experience in the Travel Industry. He began his career at British Airways, spending 9 years in a variety of roles including Sales and Account Management. A further 3 years was spent in the hotel industry in a global account management role. At Ford, Stephen is responsible for Corporate Travel in the EMEA and APAC markets. He also has extensive experience in Relocation having been responsible for EMEA relocation for over 5 years. His latest role merges his Travel and Relocation experience in developing a global travel compliance program for his organisation.

Tobi runs one of the largest mobility programs on this planet. Together with a dedicated team of 300+ mobility professionals he supports thousands of assignees and tens of thousands of business travelers every year with their relocation, travel and compliance needs. In his 17 years at Siemens, he has held several operational and strategic roles in HR and Shared Services.

Tom leads the Consulting Services Team for TST and is a lead contact for our White-Label Partners. He has been working in the Mobility and Compliance industry since leaving University and has lived abroad ‘on assignment’ in the Middle East. Tom has worked with some of the world’s largest and most complex Business Travel programmes to create secure, automated compliance and safety processes utilising the TST platform.
