Controlling and managing additional accommodation costs

We all know about rent and how much of an impact that can make on the cost of an assignment, but we also need to consider additional costs such as furniture, service charges, property taxes, and security that can significantly increase an accommodation budget when they are not included within the advertised rent for a property.
