Our first Mobility Hub in Hong Kong will be packed with insights and expertise on how to manage different areas of your global mobility programme.

Andrew Shaw - Managing Director 
Andrew joined ECA as Managing Director in August 2013. Prior to ECA, Andrew held senior commercial roles in a number of international subscription licensing businesses. A native of London, he spent five years living and working in Tokyo where he developed a personal understanding of international assignments and the data and software needed to support them.

Lee Quane - Regional Director - Asia 
Lee Quane is ECA's Regional Director of Asia. He is responsible for managing Sales and Client Services in Asia, and provides consultancy to multinational companies in the region. Based in ECA’s Hong Kong office since 2003, Lee previously worked for the company in London, where he managed Location Ratings, co-ordinating research and product development.

Ema Boccagni - Head of Business Development 
Ema is Head of Business Development at ECA. She is responsible for promoting new business initiatives, liaising with the Marketing, Production and Client Services teams at ECA to identify opportunities. Previously, Ema has worked as Account Manager at ECA, as well as Software Solutions Consultant. An Italian national, Ema has presented at ECA courses and webinars, as well as speaking at industry events.

Mark Harrison- Associate Director - Asia
Mark is ECA's Associate Director of Asia. He is responsible for overseeing Client Services in Asia and provides consultancy to multinational companies in the region. Based in ECA’s Hong Kong office, Mark previously worked for the company in London, where he managed the Remuneration Services team, researching and analysing expatriate salaries around the world.

All cancellations must be made in writing. Substitute delegates may be registered at any time. A cancellation fee of HKD 400 will be charged for cancellations received later than 13 November 2018 and for non-attendance on the day. Due to unforeseen circumstances the programme may change and ECA reserves the right to change the venue and/or speakers. ECA events are for in-house HR professionals only and we reserve the right to decline registrations from those who do not match the target audience.
