Nana is part of ECA’s Remuneration team. Nana is responsible for researching, analysing and benchmarking expatriate compensation and benefits. She coordinates ECA’s annual Salary Trends Survey, as well as helping to coordinate ECA’s annual MyExpatriate Market Pay Survey.
