This two-day training course provides a comprehensive insight into both the theory and practical elements of managing international assignments. Incorporating workshops and discussions, the course begins with the fundamentals of expatriate management and looks at the day-to-day challenges faced by international HR practitioners.

The International HR Practitioner (IHRP) equips participants with the skills and knowledge required to manage their companies' mobility programme with maximum efficiency, and the confidence to critically evaluate assignment policies. Many of our clients use the IHRP as a formal part of the induction process for new members of their mobility teams.

To maximise the learning and networking opportunity, attendance is limited to three places per company. ECA's training can also be delivered in-house and tailored to meet objectives.

Who should attend?

This course is designed as an introduction or refresher for anyone involved in the practical administration of international assignment policy and salary calculations. A Certificate of Attendance is awarded upon completion.

Pricing

The registration fee includes comprehensive course documentation as well as refreshments and lunch on both days.

  • ECA subscriber price - GBP 1100.00
  • Non-subscriber price - GBP 1360.00

All cancellations must be made in writing. Substitute delegates may be registered at any time. Where a registration fee is applicable, the full fee will be charged for ALL cancellations received less than TWO weeks before the course start date and for no-shows on the day. If a discount rate is offered at the time of registration, the discount is only applicable for the course(s) booked and cannot be transferred to a later date. ECA reserves the right to alter the agenda, speakers, dates or venue at any time.
