Covid-19 Precautions

We continue to take efforts to manage and reduce the risk of Covid-19 at our events and training courses and for visitors to our offices. The health and safety of our delegates and employees is of paramount importance. Therefore, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel this event if deemed a necessary precaution.

Please note that while we will take reasonable precautions to prevent the spread of Covid-19, delegates attending our training sessions do so at their own risk and we do not accept any liability over and above our relevant legal responsibilities. Below are examples of preventative measures that may be employed by us to mitigate the risk of the spread of Covid-19 as well as steps you can follow to safeguard your health:

What extra steps are we taking?

  • Temperature checks: building management may perform temperature checks on all attendees upon arrival.
  • Use of inhouse training venue: the session will be held on our premises, allowing for less human traffic in comparison to public training centres and hotels.
  • Elevated hygiene measures: our training facilities will be thoroughly cleaned and sterilised prior to and upon completion of each training session. We'll take appropriate measures to reduce the likelihood of contamination of communal surfaces (such as door handles etc.) and provide hand sanitizers for use by attendees.
  • Class layout: rooms may be set up in a manner which reduces the risk of virus transmission.

What steps can you take?

  • Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water.
  • Perform a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) both on the day before and the morning of the training course and only attend if your test results are negative.
  • If you display Covid-like symptoms, stay at home even if your RAT results are negative. Inform us as soon as possible so that we can transfer your registration to the next available date.
