Speakers

Anna Michielsen - ECA International
Anna is ECA’s General Manager for Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific. She is based in ECA’s Sydney office and works with a diverse range of clients within the region. Anna typically works with companies who need to attract and retain top global talent for competitive advantage. From delivering day to day client solutions through to mobility policy and software projects, Anna seeks to free clients from routine processes and afford them a more strategic outlook.

Andrew Shaw - ECA International 
Andrew joined ECA as Managing Director in August 2013. Prior to ECA, Andrew held senior commercial roles in a number of international subscription licensing businesses. A native of London, he spent five years living and working in Tokyo where he developed a personal understanding of international assignments and the data and software needed to support them.

Trisha Carter - TransCultural Careers
Trisha is a cross-cultural psychologist and Managing Director of TransCultural Careers.  She delivers Executive Coaching and Cross-Cultural Training programs for corporate clients, their expats and business travellers.  She also provides Team building for diverse teams to increase cultural awareness, enhance communication and improve team effectiveness.
