Andrew Shaw - Managing Director 
Andrew joined ECA as Managing Director in August 2013. Prior to ECA, Andrew held senior commercial roles in a number of international subscription licensing businesses. A native of London, he spent five years living and working in Tokyo where he developed a personal understanding of international assignments and the data and software needed to support them.

Lee Quane - Regional Director - Asia 
Lee Quane is ECA's Regional Director of Asia. He is responsible for managing Sales and Client Services in Asia, and provides consultancy to multinational companies in the region. Based in ECA’s Hong Kong office since 2003, Lee previously worked for the company in London, where he managed Location Ratings, co-ordinating research and product development.

Mark Harrison- Associate Director - Asia
Mark is ECA's Associate Director of Asia. He is responsible for overseeing Client Services in Asia and provides consultancy to multinational companies in the region. Based in ECA’s Hong Kong office, Mark previously worked for the company in London, where he managed the Remuneration Services team, researching and analysing expatriate salaries around the world.

Although this event is free to attend a cancellation fee of USD 50 will be charged for cancellations received later than 27 November and for non-attendance on the day.
