Andrew Shaw

Andrew joined ECA as Managing Director in August 2013. Prior to ECA, Andrew held senior commercial roles in a number of international subscription licensing businesses. A native of London, he spent five years living and working in Tokyo where he developed a personal understanding of international assignments and the data and software needed to support them.

David Remedios

David Remedios

David is Head of Consultancy at ECA International. He has over 20 years’ experience in Global Mobility consultancy and is an expert on mobility strategy, policy design and implementation, international remuneration modelling, policy benchmarking and designing stakeholder surveys.

Jacqueline O'Rourke

Jacqueline O'Rourke

Jacqueline manages ECA's Client Services team, responsible for advising major multinational companies on current practices in international HR. With over 30 years of experience working with ECA, she has assisted hundreds of clients with the management of their international assignments. Jacqueline also regularly presents ECA training courses as well as speaking at ECA and industry events.
