Event summary

This breakfast session will explore the factors which determine how difficult it may be for an expatriate to adapt to their new location and the ways in which organisations can better prepare expatriates and their families for assignment success.

Presented by Anna Michielsen, ECA's General Manager - Australia, NZ & Pacific Islands and Karen Huchendorf from Global Interface, this session will explore the topic through consideration of the location and how it impacts an expatriate as well as the situational, personal factors and competencies an expatriate may have, or can develop to make the transition successful.
