The International HR Practitioner (The IHRP) is ECA's very popular 2-day training course for international HR professionals. 
 
The IHRP is widely recognised in the industry, providing attendees with a thorough understanding of the fundamental concepts of international assignment management. It is ideal for both newcomers to international HR and those wishing to improve their understanding of the breadth of issues when managing international assignments.
 
This two-day training course follows a practical approach, covering all aspects of expatriate management including pre-assignment business planning, designing and calculating expatriate compensation packages, tax and social security issues, delivery of pay and many more*.
 
By the end of the course, participants will be fully equipped with the skills and knowledge required to manage their companies' mobility programme with maximum efficiency, and the confidence to critically evaluate their assignment policies.
