Managing expatriate remuneration is designed to help participants improve their understanding of the issues behind the choice and design of assignment pay systems and provide guidelines on how to improve their communication with the assignees.
Participants will have the opportunity to build an assignees pay package in a number of different ways and learn how to manage issues from salary reviews through to delivery of pay.
Participants will gain more from the course if they have an initial understanding of calculating and reviewing assignee packages.
