The Managing Mobility survey is a report identifying
expatriate policy developments. The report is
now published every two years with the last survey
attracting around 200 participants. Members participating in
the survey receive a free report.
The purpose of the survey is to identify current issues
and practices of key interest to international human
resource professionals responsible for the employment and
mobility of expatriate staff and their families.
Typically, Managing Mobility focuses on
the following areas:

- Performance management
- Alternative assignments
