make a decision about accompanying their partner on
assignment. It prompts the individual to consider the
challenges and opportunities presented by going or staying,
and highlights the impact an assignment will have on their
own life. It gives help and ideas based on the experiences
of individuals who have been there themselves.
The guide is divided into three main sections: a
partner's guide, a questionnaire and an HR manager's guide.
