ECAs job evaluation system
helps companies make the most effective use of ECA's salary
surveys (remuneration reports). It provides a medium for comparing
internal grading structures so that jobs and associated pay
and benefits can be compared regardless of nationality or
industry group.
The ECA system correlates to other commonly used systems
(HAY, IPE etc). ECA's Consultancy
department can evaluate jobs within your organisation to
enable you to tie jobs into our salary surveys.
Any company joining ECA is entitled to free evaluation of
ten job types.
