Every year ECA organises and chairs a number of industry specific and single-issue discussion groups or round tables for its members.

They provide a great opportunity to swap ideas and discuss challenges with HR professionals operating in a similar field or focus on a particular issue of interest.

Meetings are chaired by client services consultants specialising in the relevant industry group or topic.
