All cancellations must be made in writing. Substitute delegates may be registered at any time. A cancellation fee of £50.00 + VAT per delegate will be charged for cancellations received later than one week before the course date and for non-attendance on the day. Due to unforeseen circumstances the programme may change and ECA International reserves the right to postpone the event or change the venue and/or speakers.
