The International HR Practitioner (course)

 

 

This two-day training course provides a comprehensive insight into both the theory and practical elements of managing international assignments. Incorporating workshops and discussions, the course begins with the fundamentals and looks at the day-to-day challenges faced by international HR practitioners.

    • Creating and presenting the build-up calculation

    • Provision of allowances 
  • Dual and hybrid approaches: 
    • Variations on basic systems – when, why and what are the results? 
  • Conducting salary reviews: 
    • Catalysts and managing exceptional situations 
  • Managing tax and social security
    • Tax protection or tax equalisation?
    • Hypothetical tax 
    • Tax liability 
    • Social security contributions 
  • Delivering benefits: 
    • Calculating the true costs and value of assignment packages
